Acer Aspire AS5738PG Touch-Screen Laptop
Acer officially announced the Aspire AS5738PG, a multi-touch 15.6-inch display with Intel’s processor and pre-installed with Windows 7 Operating System. The first model is the Aspire AS5738PG-6306, where the laptop is boosted by Intel’s Core 2 Duo T6600 2.2GHz processor, the ATI Radeon HD 4570 512MB dedicated graphics, 4GB of DDR2 memory, a DVD burner, and a 320GB SATA hard drive. The display itself boasts a resolution of 1366×768 pixels and uses LED backlight. The company says the users will be able to touch anywhere on the AS5738PG’s screen using one or two fingertips to play movies, zoom in and out on websites, edit photos and video, handwrite notes, resize windows, launch entertainment applications and more. Other features include six-cell battery, sports stereo speakers, a built-in web camera, 802.11n WiFi, an HDMI output, and four USB ports. Expect the AS5738PG-6306 to arrive in the US from October 22 Onwards with a priced of $800.

Garmin Nuvi 1450 GPS Navigation System
Priced at $450, the Garmin Nuvi 1450 offers ecoRoute feature, thus help the driver to save the environment by calculating fuel efficient routes, tracks the fuel usage, and provides mileage reports. The device also feature a 5-inches display at 480×272-pixels resolution which same with the Nuvi 1490T model and pre-loaded with a database that contains over 6 million POIs (Points Of Interest). The Garmin Nuvi 1450 also has a microSD memory card slot, allowing you to update maps or view JPEG images.

Asus Eee PC 1003HAG Netbook
Starting from May 16th, you can expect to see the latest Eee PC from Asus in Japan computer store, the Eee PC 1003HAG netbook. For 550 EUR (around $731), you’d get a mini laptop with the following features: an Intel Atom N280 (1.66Ghz) processor, a 1GB of main memory, a 160GB of hard drive, WiFI connectivity, and integrated webcam module. Furthermore, 1003HAG also comes with NTT DoCoMo’s 3G WAN module so you can access and enjoy high-speed internet data transfer rate from NTT DoCoMo Data Network.

MSI Wind U100 Plus Netbook
MSI Wind U100 netbook has just got an upgrade and it’s called Wind U100 Plus. The main improvement on Plus is the processor as the mini laptop now uses Intel Atom N280 (1.66Ghz) CPU instead of the old Atom N270 (1.6Ghz) processor. Moreover, weighs around 2.2 pounds, there’s also support for up to 2GB of DDR2 main memory, a 160GB of hard drive, an Intel GMA 950 integrated graphics engine, a Windows XP Home Edition operating system, and either a 3-cell or 6-cell battery. The rest of its specs are the same as the original U100, including a 10-inch LED backlight display with 1024 x 600 resolution, an integrated 1.3 megapixel web camera module, stereo speakers, a 802.11b/g/n WiFI connectivity, Bluetooth, Ethernet LAN port, three USB ports, a 4-in-1 memory card reader, and VGA output.
