M3 7510S RFID PDA Phone

M3 Mobile, a Korea-based manufacturer, is going to show off its enterprise PDA phone called M3 7510S RFID at the upcoming Hanover’s CeBIT 2009 event in March. Apparently, this handset is equipped with a built-in 13.56Mhz RFID chip, which can be applied to various industry applications, including healthcare, public transportation, facilities management, asset tracking, and access control. The phone also has passed IP64 standard, means that 7510S will survive the accidental drop — as long as it not higher than 1.5 meters…

Toshiba Dynabook Qosmio WXW Laptop

While Toshiba isn’t on my list of favourite notebook manufacturer, I must admit that this Dynabook Qosmio WXW series laptop looks really gorgeous — cool red-colored hood with wonderful body design. Obviously targetted hardcore gamers market, the laptop has just been upgraded with higher specs. Including a 2.66Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo T9550 processor, a 1GB nVidia GeForce 9800M GTS graphics engine, a DVD SuperMulti drive, and either a 128GB SSD or a 160GB of hard drive storage. A standard configuration with 2GB of main memory would cost you around 280,000 Yen or about €2,435 (around US $3,129). I just wish Toshiba would make more laptop like this one…

MSI U120 Netbook

On the recent CES 2009 event in Las Vegas, MSI proudly presented one of its first line-up of WiMax-ready mini laptop, the U120 netbook. WiMax technology offers up to 70Mbps transfer rate (six times than standard 802.11 WiFI) and covers about 50KM square (500 times than WiFI). This guarantee a blazing fast download speed on the go wherever WiMax signal detected. Pretty cool, isn’t it? The company also promises that more WiMax-capable notebooks will be released later this year, so if you prefer to own a standard laptop than a netbook, just wait for a couple of months.
