Joost, The Online TV founded by the creators of skype, Janus Friis and Niklas Zennström announce $45Million fund raising from investors includes Index Ventures, Viacom, CBS Corporation, Sequoia Capital and The Chinese billionaire Li Ka-shing.

Joost is preparing for the public beta launch & current it’s on private beta. Warner Bros. Television Group annouanced before few days that they Join Joost.
Version 0.10.2 includes some bugfixes and some new sharing features. For example, you can send users a link to the program you’re currently watching. If you click the “i” button next to the title of the show you’re watching, you can copy a link and paste it to an email or any other document.
That URL will bring up the landing page for the show you’re watching. If you already have Joost installed, when you click the “Click to start Joost” link on the landing page Joost will start, or it will change shows if it’s already running.
Days ago,I wrote a post about giving out Joost invitionand I got lots of request for the invition. Now there is a way you can get Joost Invites easily.
GigaOM has teamed up with Joost, set up a page that anyone can help themself to get the Invites . You just enter in your name and email address, and you’ll receive an invite (click here to get your invite). It really can’t get any easier.
