Post2Blog is a really handy WSIWYG blog editor for publishing posts to blogs on a number of platforms including WordPress, Blogger, LiveJournal, and a few dozen others.
While the program used to cost $39, Bytescout Software has released version 3.0 as freeware. In other words, you have absolutely no excuse for not checking it out.
